Organized by the Association for the Promotion of Sports and Tourism “SporTur” from Sarajevo, in cooperation with numerous institutions including the Public Institution for Protected Natural Areas, the 11th edition of the “Bentbaša Cliff Diving” competition was held on 3 August 2025 at the Bentbaša area.
The best divers from Bosnia and Herzegovina and the region showcased their skills before a large audience, and awards were presented to the winners after the competition. The dives represent a major attraction for spectators while simultaneously promoting the Bentbaša area in a new and inventive way, highlighting all its features and potential.
The cliff diving event was part of the “Bentbaša Summer Fest”, which included numerous activities such as sport climbing, featuring members of the Novi Grad Sarajevo Mountain Rescue Service (GSS) and visitors of all age groups. The Public Institution for Protected Natural Areas also had a prominent promotional stand at the event.
