A specialised UTV vehicle has been delivered to the Cantonal Public Institution for Protected Natural Areas, procured with the support of the Ministry of Economy of Sarajevo Canton. The vehicle will be equipped with a professional firefighting module featuring a high-pressure pump. Its purpose is to enable faster access to hard-to-reach locations and a more efficient response in the event of fires within protected natural areas.
This procurement further strengthens the Institution’s capacities for the protection of forest ecosystems and creates better conditions for timely and effective intervention in the field.
