“Urban Kids Festival” opened in Ilidža

On 1 June, the “Urban Kids Festival” kicked off at the Sabit Hadžić Hall in Ilidža, organized by the association “Urbani Menadžment” in collaboration with the “Princess Krofne” from Sarajevo. The fair runs until 2 June and has gathered numerous participants and exhibitors. Among them, the Cantonal Public Institution for Protected Natural Areas has a booth where they will showcase their work and the areas they manage to interested visitors of all ages.

In addition to the section dedicated to companies and products for children, a diverse cultural and artistic program has been arranged. Twenty elementary schools from Sarajevo Canton, the JU Institute for the Care of Children and Youth in Pazarić, the “Oaza” association, the ballet group “Art-Corner”, the Persian-Bosnian College Choir “Đulistan”, the fashion agency “FM Urban”, and many others will be featured. The festival opened with a performance by the choir “Đulistan” singing “Children are the Strongest Army”, and throughout the first day, visitors enjoyed a rich program showcasing the talents of students in singing, playing, dancing, and acting.
