4th Humanitarian Race “Stojčevac 5K” Held at Vrelo Bosne

Organized by the Municipality of Ilidža, with technical support from the Ilidža Public Institution for Culture, Sports, and Recreation, and in cooperation with the Cantonal Public Institution for Protected Natural Areas, the 4th annual humanitarian race titled “Stojčevac 5K” was held on 21 June. The entire five-kilometre route ran through the protected area of Vrelo Bosne. The race started and finished at Stojčevac and attracted numerous participants from Montenegro, Croatia, Qatar, Slovakia, Serbia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

A five-kilometre cycling race was also held, starting at Stojčevac and finishing at Ratni Put on Mount Igman.

A vibrant entertainment program was organized for participants and visitors, and prizes were awarded after the race for the fastest male and female runners, the fastest participants from Ilidža, as well as the oldest and youngest runners.
