The representatives of the Cantonal Public Institution for Protected Natural Areas participated in the workshop entitled „SPA project – strategic approaches and practical toolsfor sustainable financing of protected areas” from 22 to 24 April in Neum. The workshop was organized by UNDP, and the goals of the workshop were to promote dialogue, exchange of information and joint learning in order to determine a short list of sustainable financing mechanisms for protected areas that will be further developed with the support of the SPA project. The Institution is certainly recognized as one of the best examples of protected area management in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
