On 5 June, the final ceremony of the event “Days of Protected Natural Areas of Sarajevo Canton” was held at Vrelo Bosne. Certificates of appreciation were distributed to the institutions and individuals who helped in the organization, and certificates for participation in the workshops were distributed to the students of the Fourth Gymnasium and the First Elementary School in Ilidža. World Environment Day, 5 June, was also marked at this ceremony.
The Director of Cantonal Public Institution for Protected Natural Areas, Asad Jelešković, stressed in his address that this event will be traditional and will be held every year on World Environment Day, the goals and guidelines of which the Institution is dedicated to. We should also mention the sponsors of this manifestation – the companies “Klas” and “Coca-Cola” who donated their numerous products.
