The number of visitors to the Nature Monument “Vrelo Bosne” has broken all previous records. As of 23 October 2022, Vrelo Bosne was visited by 261,085 tourists, which is an exceptional result.
In the first three quarters of 2022 alone, the figure of 240,000 sold tickets was exceeded. The highest number of visitors was in July and August, when over 110,000 visits were recorded, and the lowest in January and February, when slightly less than 10,000 visits were registered. Over 60% of visitors come from Middle Eastern countries.
It should be emphasised that during the year 2021 the Nature Monument “Vrelo Bosne” was visited by slightly more than 150,000 tourists, and this year it is predicted that this number will be doubled, as well as that the record from 2019 will be exceeded, when there were 275,000 visits.
